Cooling for a quad core

I am in the planning stage of buying and building a new system based on the new intel Q9450 quad core CPU. I was thinking of just buying the OEM CPU and buying a separate cooler. I probably do not plan on overclocking, but I am looking for something that can still cool better than the Intel retail fan cooler, without being much bigger if possible. Preferably I'd like something that has the metal screw ins to attach to the motherboard, instead of the plastic stuff that can break easily like on the Intel fans.

I looked on Newegg and found a bunch that seem to fit this profile, but they all seem to be for either Pentium 4 or Dual core cpu's, not quad core. I'd imagine they can be used with quad core, but I am not sure how well they would do. Anyone know of some good ones that can be used with quad core that fit my above description? Thanks!
