I currently have a 2.53 p4 with a retail hsf, and I'm looking to upgrade to a 3.0c or 3.2c p4 like the title says. If I happen to get an oem cpu, will my current hsf be sufficient? I have a suspicion it will not, and I would like to sell it with the 2.53 anyway. Soooo, whats a good *cost effective* heatsink for a 3 -3.2ghz p4? I most likely wont be overclocking, but I want to keep things nice and cool, for a good price.

Any suggestions?

Thanks guys.

The Zalman 7000s come with a fan which makes them a little cheaper than the thermalrights

I just ordered the Zalman 7000Cu from here: 7000Cu. They actually sent me the 7000ACu (which is the newer version I believe).
Anyway, was $34 delivered and is cooling my 3.0C @3/67 just fine and VERY quiet ( I did not hook up the fanmate). ordered last Sun and received this past Friday.
