that depends, if you want to overclock it than you need a fop38-1, alpha pal6035 or even better a hedgehog here's a merchant that i've deal with before and very satisfy with them Cooler Xtreme

Is the global FOP32-1 loud or is it quiet? I don't think im gonna overclock my 1ghz... but i want the best fan/heatsink on it that have to be quiet... i gotta sleep u know :)

Kanie Hedgehog-238M With the Delta 60x25mm fan, be sure to get a grill..

My 1G TBird is stable at 1211 with an FOP32. Idles at 49C and tops out at 52C.

I personally like the "Big Bad Voodoo Daddy" heatsink I got , the taisol cek742 which has the smaller fan and is MUCH quieter. Not to mention this heatsink from taisol is actually "lapped" so you don't need to do so yourself.
