What is the best cooler that will work with the geforce 7950 video card? I dont really care about noise, but I dont want something rediculously loud.
 
Uh....Zalman VF900-Cu? Quite possibly the most popular choice I would think.

If you want uber performance, Thermalright HR-03. You will need to purchase a 92mm fan for it.
