Cooling for 1.4Ghz TB

I'm going to be putting together a 1.4Ghz TB on a K7S5A. I'm not going to overclock but the PC will be in a room with not-so-great ventilation (it gets pretty hot in the summer). I don't have any experience optimizing cooling for such a hot chip/MB combo. The last PC I built was an AMD 550 I think. Anyway, I have about $125 for a case/ps/heatsink/fan. Any suggestions for a setup? Noise is a concern and I'd like it to be as quiet as possible. My thoughts on a case:

FuturePower ACE w/400w PS (would allow more $$ for heatsink/fan)
I've heard a lot of people like the Enlight 7237 and I also read a good review of the Antec SX635 but I'd have to buy a different PS for the Enlight and the Antec is more expensive.

Anyway, your suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

P.s. sorry for the crosspost with general hardware, I didn't see this forum until after I posted there.

OK, how does this look:

Antec SX635 (w/350w PS) - I've heard great things about the PS and the case has gotten very nice reviews even from a cooling standpoint. Add in 2 additional Sunon 80mm 43cm fans.

Alpha PAL8045 w/Sunon 80mm 43cfm fan

+ rounded cables & Arctic Silver II.

The whole thing comes out to $175 before shipping. I'll end up trying to get all the parts at a local show to avoid the S&H. Does this look like a good cooling solution?
