Cooling, fans and heatsink

Hey building my 1st dream pc and need to know about how many fans I might need
heatsinks for the cpu and general cooling issues if anyone can off advice?

my specs:
Lian-Li PC-20B
Core2 E6400
Asus P5N32-E Plus SLi Rev2 680i
2gb Corsair DDR2-800 memory
2x 320gb western digital
Nvidia 8800GTX
coolermaster 600W igreen psu

It's generally a good idea to replace all the fans in your case with higher quality ones. As far as heatsinks, if you are planning on doing any overclocking I'd recommend investing in a decent after market heatsink for the CPU.

Not sure about replacing the stock HSF on the 8800, but on my X1900 AIW the stock one is more than enough for overclocking it.
