if i dot overclock my 7900gs do i need to use third party fan instead of original one? i am looking for some budget fan. under 20 bucks.

If by "dot" you mean "don't", of course not. Even if you were to overclock a smidgeon, the stock fan should be more than capable. Save your $20.

What he said, you'd be throwing away $20. I know the stock fan that came on my EVGA 7900GS that i had was more than capable.

but i feel really noisy and the temp was 64 even though i did not run any game or large programs.
