Cooling fan questions

Okay so I'm new at computers and I have a Antec tricool in my case right now. Is this the best that fans will get? It's set at medium and it seems kind of loud, and the highest tempature I've seen is 45C. I was wondering would there be fans that are alot quieter out there and still be as effective? Also, would it be a better idea to just get 2 slower fans? Would that be quieter? Thanks for any help.

There are many better fans than the tri-cool. There is a thread about the better fan brands that I just posted to that would give you a starting point.
