Cooling Conroe on a GA-965P-DQ6 with an XP-120

I have a Therlmalright XP-120 CPU cooler that I would like to use with a GA-965P-DQ6 MB. Will it fit?

You need an adapter for Socket 775, it's on Thermalright's website. Besides that, the back plate (crazy cool) on the DQ6 will be a problem.

Due to this reason, I sold my SI-120 and got a new SI-128, which can be installed on the DQ6 in 30 seconds without tools. Great performance also.
