Cooling Challenge

Hi, I have decided to set up a quiet PC using a NF7-S board in an oh-so-tiny Chilli Professional case. The baby is mATX size, but just about fits an ATX, which means that airflow is severely reduced. Also, to squeeze in all the necessary innards, they've set up the PSU at the bottom with a fan outlet at the top and a not very impressive air vent at the bottom. The mobo is fitted upside down, so tha the CPU HSF is above the vent, but just underneath the PSU. I hope you can picture it, if not, take a look at this review http://www.2fastcpu.com/chilli_pro/page1.html (my case isn't gold BTW). So I guess the design idea behind it is that both the fans at the top and PSU will exhaust air out of the system, drawing cool air from the bottom vent, and cooling the CPU. However, I find the vent at the bottom fairly suspect since it's so close to the surface and there's no room to add an intake fan.

I'm not intending to do any massive overclocking with this baby, but I have to do be able to do some. Any suggestions on what I can do (no watercooling please)? I was thinking of adding a slot fan, but all the ones available are exhaust fans, and I really need another intake somewhere. Can I reverse the direction of the fans to blow inwards instead? Does anybody know of any slot fans that does this?

Thanks for your help. I know I'm asking for it when I decided to buy this case, but hey, I'm game for a challenge.

I've just had an idea, and I'm not sure if it will work. I only need 1 PCI slot for my wifi card, so maybe I can stick a normal card cooler next to my video card, and open up the rest of the PCI slots as air vents (I'll put a filter on naturally). Would this work? Please advise...
