Cooling an athlon 1.33

I'm going to silence a friend's computer for his wedding present...
I've never used an athlon 1.33 and I'm wondering what heatsink would keep it at least in the low 50's with the cfm of a panafloL1a.

I am sure an SLK800 or SLK900 with one of those Panaflo's would work good atop the TBird.
keep in mind, those old 'birds are very hot running chips. more so than many Athlon XP's.
