Cooling air in the fastest, shortest, and most compact space possible?

I have a design problem that I'm hoping to get some ideas on. The problem is to cool air that's at ~200C and rapidly bring it down to ~70C. In about 2-3 inches of length and as compact as possible. Passive cooling is a huge plus. And the faster the air can flow through it, the better.

All I'm thinking of at this point is putting the air through a small copper heatsink. Any other possible design ideas from the cooler minds of AT?

I think we would all like to know how to get air from 200 to 70 under any circumstances, short of some kind of LN2 set-up ..

Good luck in 2 - 3 inches ..
