Cooling advice for a 3930k....

system specs:

Fractal Define mini
ASUS x79 Gene mATX
3930k CPU (looking to OC to mid 4's)
1 platter drive, 2 solid state drives
Radeon 7950

CPU cooler support: quoted from the Fractal Design define mini page
Supports CPU coolers with height of ca 160mm

So, that leaves me with some options but also DQ's some of the monster towers out there.
I'm not looking for recording breaking overclocks, I'd be happy with a 4.5ghz OC. What does matter to me is low idle noise and safe max temps.

Here are some coolers I'm considering:
Phanteks PH-TC14CS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835709015

Noctua NH-U12s http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835608040

H80i?

Maybe a Thermalright cooler?

What are your suggestions?

As far as AIO liquid coolers go, the h80i, h100i are both good choices. The h60 however is kind of too close for comfort. Alternatively any large, high end 140mm air cooler are also great if you have space in your case such as noctua or phanteks offerings. But since you have a mini tower, I would probably go AIO too.
