Cooling a 3200 winchester @ 2.4

I have read many reviews of the thermaltake 103 fanless CPU cooler and I believe it may be possible to cool a 3200 Winchester @2.4 with out a case fan. Roughly something like an open frame setup with some kind of ducting round the cooler to help with natural convection.

It may seem silly to go to such lengths for a slightly quieter setup but I am planning custom non atx case where an effective completely passive solution would be beneficial. Your opinions please.

(ambient temp wont be getting very high)

As a general rule you do not want to overclock with a passive heatsink. Period. I am not saying it is not possible but if you value your processor then I would highly suggest avoiding a passive cooler and overclocking combo. Hell, i'm not sure if I would be comfortable suggesting passive cooling for a stock speed athlon 64.
