Well it does look like a very low altitude picture compared to what I would think the ISS would be orbitting at. Is there any other pictures out there that shows what it looks like looking at the earth from the ISS.
Still it's a cool pic none the less.

Look at picture 2 again... not a chance in hell that was taken from an airplane.
its already far above where any plane could fly, including the SR71.
