Coolest, quietest video card that supports Dual-Link DVI

Title says it all - I am building a small form factor PC with a uATX board in a little cube case, so I need a dual-link DVI (2560x1600) video card that runs cool and quiet. The card should have either a passive heat sink or a ultra-quiet fan. Any suggestions?

Do you game at all?
3650 is loud/hot so go for a 3450/3470 if you don't game or need much graphics power.

My vote is for the Gigabyte GV-NX86T256H GeForce 8600 GT .

It's fanless, DirectX10 and is dual link capable.

I'm using it to run dual 19 inch widescreen monitors for work applications.

There's a very good deal on it right now for $49.99 after mail in rebate.

HD 3450 (passive cooling) would be my choice.
