Hey guys I was wondering what would be the coolest full tower case for my rig

Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 3.04 ghz WITH Tuniq Tower 120

Memory: 2 sets of CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 900 (PC2 6400) 4-4-4-12

Motherboard: Asus P5K Vanilla

Antec Triopower 550watt power supply

EVGA Nvidia 8800GT 512 mb

ThermalTake Swing Midtower case with 2 120mm fans

1 S-ATA hardrive and two Dvd read/write things

I plan to overlcock farther in a case with some REALLY good airflow full tower. Don't care about noise much as long as it doesnt sound like a jetplane and willing to spend around 100 bucks but other good cases higher or lower than that are welcome

Stacker 830/832 is definitely very much so.

It totals 13 fans, including 4x140mm (or 120) in the direction of the motherboard, cooling like 90% of it easily..

If you wanna do something sick:

There is a 150mm 230CFM fan at frozen cpu.. Uses AC plug :p

Find an adapter 120 to 150mm (it would be something like a clip probably) or just use 4 on the door..

Your case will be an freezing with 120mm fans already.. With the 150mm ones, you'll probably be able to put ice cream in your case and watch it freeze ;p

I like the Silverstone Temjin 5 for a nice large case (top versions have an integrated Eudemon fan controller/temp monitor w/ LCD display). The original Stacker is always a good choice for an extreme system. Others I like are the Tt Eureka (hard to find any more - the Shark is based on the same chassis), Enermax Uber Chakra, XClio Windtunnel (have to use a synergetic HSF with this one - best with others too, but a must with this one), Gigabyte Aurora 570.

Many cases come with two or three fans, need any more and it's your nickel. You should be able to mod that 250mm fan into the side opening of the original Stacker (STC-T01) without much problem.

Whats the budget?

LIAN LI PC-A70B

Its a good choice with lots of air flow, space and no nonsense look.

I guess this depends on personal tastes and more importantly your budget.

and not too expensive :/ cause im buying 4

Airflow thru the HSF = same direction as air from the big fans. A cross flow design like the Tuniq Tower might have problems unless you shield it a bit from the case flow.

How about the Antec 900 case for around that budget?

For fans, how about some Yate Loon? Most people run them undervolted, but they're pretty decent at full speed - quiet but moves reasonable air. Not a windtunnel, but definately moves air.

I vote for the Tt armor case. I have been using the same one, just the old style with out the fan in case side for 2 or 3yrs. It ran my s939 and 754's overclocked. Now runs dual optys. Mine came with 2 120's, and 2 80's. I hate the 120's because they have blue led's, i don't need the extra light. Something else I have heard is the top cover for the audio and usb sometimes comes off. I never had an issue with it.

Also the front does get dusty, I have to wipe it off usually every week or two to keep good airflow. Its all mesh so its easy.

That being said, I'm using the fans that came with the case and without that extra side panel fan, 2x270's (dual core models) at full load with FAH, the cpus never go over 41c. I use Thermaltake CL-P0075 80mm HSF.

I was Lian-li noob back in early 2000......I saw one at compUSA and thought it looked sooo much better than the beige boxes of the day. Their new stuff should include a bag of rice and some neon under car running lights for the full effects. Didnt Vin Diesel have a LL in his car garage in Fast and the Furious....
