Coolers for EVGA N4 SLI

I must have a new cooler for my new board, stock coolers just wont do Im running the eVGA N4 SLI board, what air coolers are folks running and what results are you getting? I have an e3 stepping venice 3000+ and plan to overclock.

I am using a scythe ninja. Temps are sht, but I think the board is reading too high.
