coolermaster warranty returns are sssslllooowww

Had a coolermaster GX series die on me after 2.5 years. Found out it was under warranty so I packaged it up, sent it in, and waited..

and waited..

and waited..

and they finally said they received it.

and waited..

and waited..

Then it went to testing for a week..

yes, more waiting...

Then finally it shows they shipped another PS out to me. Wow, 2.5 weeks after sending it in with priority mail, they are finally getting another one back out to me. They are slow as shit. What's a person to do in the meantime if they didn't have a spare ps? (I went to best buy and bought a new one). Most companies will take your CC and ship you a new one that day and then wait for the old one to arrive and test it, but not CM.

Yeah, its been 2 months and I am still waiting on a replacement side panel for my CM Storm Stryker. Talked to them 5 times and finally I get a tracking number literally today. They told me it was going to ship over a month ago. BS
