Hello,

any owner of this hs/f could tell me how loud (quiet) is it compared to Intel stock hs/f ? Also, how is the cooling performance, again compared with stock Intel?

thanks
dave

You're welcome. I've been considering the IHC-L71, and I just might pick one up this week to test it against my TT Spark 7.

I'm going to get it right now; I installed AC SuperSilent 4TC yesteday, but have some issues with it (tread here ).

Maybe my unit is somehow faulty, ... or just that particular fan isn't efficient (fast) enough for my new yesterday's build; maybe Asus probe doesn't report correctly, don't know.... I was thinking seriously about Zalman CNPS6500B-Cu first, but it's too big for my new acrylic case I think after some measurements, weight and fan placement consideration, so I'll stick with more traditional cooler ... this CM IHC-L71 seems to be the best solution I'm able to find.

update: installed IHC-L71 yesterday straight away, completely happy, quiet and efficient
