Coolermaster Hyper6 fan - which direction and where?

Hi guys
I have a new S754 system with a Coolermaster Hyper6. I've installed the heatsink, but now I'm not sure where I should mount the fan and which direction it should be blowing. Should I mount it closer to the PSU or the video card, and which direction should the fan be blowing? Towards the PSU or away from it? I'm thinking it should be blowing towards the PSU since the PSU will be drawing air out of the system anyway, but I'm not sure if I should be blowing towards the heatsink(i.e. mounted nearer to the video card) or sucking air from it(i.e. mounted nearer to the PSU).

Any thoughts?

After messing around with the Hyper6, I figure that's the only way to fix the fan since the fan monitoring wire isn't long enough to stretch it to the PSU side(my motherboard CPU fan header is closer to the video card).

I'm also having some problem attaching the 3.5" bay fanspeed controller knob. On my Antec PlusView1000(basically a Chieftec 1080 clone), the screw holes don't seem to align to any of those on my removable HDD cage. Apparently the entire knob faceplate is too short to reach my cage. Does anyone else have trouble with this?

Fitting the the fan speed controller onto the 3"5 inch bracket...
1: undo the washer on the controller..
2: but controller thru opening.
3: fasten the washer..
4: Push plastic nob onto the controller..

The stock fan that comes with the heat sink isn't very good thou...

antrax, I have steps 1-4 done, but I was talking about attaching the entire faceplate to the case drive bay. The screws don't seem to align to any of the holes on the case drive bay...The 2 wings/extensions by the side are too short to reach the drive cage, so right now I'm just leaving it there without screwing it in anywhere. Anyway, what's wrong with the stock heatsink? I just powered it up to check if the system is getting any power(graphics card not here yet) and I'd have to say that the stock fan is pretty loud. Other than that, any other problems?

Pasadena, that's cool, but I don't think I need another fan. I already have 5 fans(excluding PSU) right now on my case, and I'm planning on putting another side intake. However, the direction of those fans seem interesting. They have it installed 90deg from mine. Their fans are blowing to/from the rear of the case. Mine are blowing upwards towards the PSU. Wonder how they did that. Perhaps their motherboard retention mechanism is different?
