Coolermaster hyper 101 cooler. How do I reverse the fan?

this is what I have.

The fan blows into the radiator.

I figure that over time this will be a negative, since dust will accumulate in the little fins. It would be better probably to pull.

But...the screws holding the fan to the radiator don't look like they can be unscrewed easily. They are hexagonal, very small.

What to do?

It is ideally better to be pushing than pulling in a single fan setup. The dust will still be present even if you put it in a pull. Heatsink fins are so easy to clean with a brush, don't see why go through all the hassle of reversing it. If you insist on doing it anyway, get an Allen key.
