Coolermaster Centurion 2-good case?

I found one for sale for $52 shipped and I would like to hear opinions on it. I think its a pretty good aluminum case but the one review I've read on it says that it has horrible air flow. Will this be an issue if I plan to put a 35Watt mobile Xp into it? I want to overclock if its possible but I also want a quiet pc so I'm guessing I that if I do overclock, I probablt don't want to get the vcore above what it is for normal barton cores.
