Coolermaster ATC-201 Questions

I'm thinking about buying the ATC-201 and have some questions to those of you who have experience with them:

1) some of the reviews mention sharp edges--has that been a problem;

2) how quiet/noisy are they; has anybody replaced the fans with, for example, Panaflo L1A's and how much quieter was it;

3) any other experiences you've had that are worth thinking about?
