Well, it looks like Cooler Master's going to be releasing their new Ammo 533 before too long here. Talk about taking a bold step forward in styling - I honestly didn't think that Cooler Master would make a case anywhere near as gamer-oriented as this. If you look at their other cases - Stackers, Centurions, Praetorians - this case seems to be the red-headed stepchild of the bunch.

Nobody really seems to be talking about this case too much, but I think it looks kind of cool. It's got a handle for carrying, which is definitely a good thing in my book. It's got room for two 120mm fans, plus there's a ton of ventilation on the side panel and there's ventilation slits at the top right around where the handle is so it looks like keeping components cool definitely won't be a problem. The only thing I wish they had done to make it even better was give it those cool mesh front panels like the ones on the Stacker and Centurion so that you could pop a 4-in-3 device on there for some extra cooling. Those crazy panels on the front are definitely not easy on the eyes or efficient in cooling like the mesh ones are.

While not as blinky-blinky as some of the other gaming cases out there, it still manages to walk the fine line between garish and gloomy pretty well. I sure wouldn't mind giving this case a try. What do you think?

This is one step up from the "Transfomer cases" you see everywhere, I think it sucks.

Not true...I like how my Praetorian 730 looks :)

But this thing looks like a piece of crap, agreed.

Out of curiousity, do you all think that the Ammo 533 would have better airflow than a Centurion 530? They both have dual 120mm fans on the front and back, but the Ammo has big vents on the side (you could probably drill some holes for a 120mm intake on the side) and some slits on the top, and the 530 could make good use of the Cooler Master 4-in-3 device and you could mount an 80mm fan on the side.

I'm trying to decide between the two since they seem to be some of the best cases in their ~$80 price range, believe it or not, and I think that they both look pretty good. So, barring looks (which I know you all must despise the Ammo), which one would have better airflow?

Looks like a military style briefcase. Not for me, but if the "function" is there since the "form" is not imo, could be a decent performer.
