Coolermaster 690III or Fractal Design for SLI

I am looking to get a new case to replace my overcrowded Antec Three Hundred.

Cooling, cable management and noise reduction are important to me.

I have an i5 ATX motherboard, twin MSI GTX560 ti hawk gpu's, 2 DVD drives, 3 o4 HD, an SSD or two. I am looking to keep the GPU's cool. I also use a liquid cpu cooler. (120mm)

Am I on the right path with either of these cases. Leaning to the Coolermaster due to price but am willing to spend more if it would benefit me. (Though about the HAF X with hot swapping for the HD and fan control)

Any opinions of what fans etc to use would also be very welcome.

Right now I can get the Fractal Design for 93 plus 21 or so freight. I can get the Coolermaster 690III for around 90 including freight.

My budget is from there to around 150 for the right case. How is the 690 III? It seems to be a great price if it will do the job. The fractal looks good but I am somewhat concerned about heat.

I don't think I need a full tower with my needs but am open to one.
