Final Price $13 After Rebate. Sure there are better coolers but for $13 it would have to be on par with a stock cooler to not be a worthwhile purchase. I just plan to install it on the new i3 4330 for my HTPC in a gaming style case.

Too bad there aren't that many reviews on it. But it seems like it should at least be on par with, if not better than, the 212+ which makes it a steal at that price!
