Just got reply today (April 5th). The guy told me to go through RMA process for the dying fan on the Blue Ice 2 NB cooler. I click on the website provided by them (www.coolermaster-usa.com) and the site is down. Great job Cooler Master...really makes a long time customer really happy...:disgust:
