COOLER MASTER RL-MUA-EBU1 AQUAGATE 49.99 + ship

Hmm...water cooling for the price of air?
I wonder how it performs. Obviously, not as good as $200 water setups, but if it performs better than high end air cooling at that price, it could be a good choice in cooling.

Bought one of these when they first came out, works better than high end air, but it just can't compete with a custom setup.

Great for someone to get there feet wet so to speak.🙂

This is an excellent system for the price. I paid full price two weeks ago since the stock Intel cooler wasn't cutting it on my new e6300. Temps dropped dramatically from the stock cooler. Before I was running about 45C idle, and with this kit, I run 24C idle. Load temps with stock cooler reached about 65C, but with this thing I run 42C under load. Temps are all according to the Gigabyte overclocking software so they are probably off a little. This was also with a slight bump in vcore and running at 3.2Ghz.

Would this be a good complement to a 165 Opty for overcocking?
I am also interested how it performs against Thermaltake.
