It seems like this cooler less rebates ranged from free to like $2 buxs for the last 2 months or so.

How do you get the fans off these????
I think the fan has to come off to remove (untwist) the anchors to the mobo.

Considering one of these for better mounting. I want to try it. Looks like it would mount the HSF tighter and lower temps.

I'm not real happy with the TX2 on my q6600. It rocks on my e2140.

the entire fan/shield assembly "slides" up and off of the cooler tower.

jjmIII, That looks like a good idea - the pushpin mount is problematic with many including the Hyper TX 2.
