Cooler Master Elite 331 & CPU Cooler

Hello,

I'm looking for a cpu cooler for my cpu (AMD Llano A8-3850) The case is the cooler master elite 331, the mobo is an Asus F1A75-V Pro. The maximum height of the cpu cooler for this case should be no higher than 166.6mm, according to the case manual. I like the price to be $30 to $35 if possible. I just want to use the turbo mode on the cpu. Can you recommend one that is compatible for this set up?
