cooler master DP5-6H51

I found a T bird 1ghz at compuplus.com and theres a bundle that has a cooler master DP5-6H51. i was wondering if this is good? it says its amd approved .Also does anyone have this with a MSI K7T pro2/A. i need to know if it will fit alright

It has 60x60mm area heatsink, so it will not create no conflict with motherboard component. The fan will work fine with normal use processor.
