Im not overclocking so im not concerned weather its "cool" enough but was wondering about how quiet it is?

I have a DP5-6H11 in my system and I think it's relatively quiet. But then I also have 4 80mm case fans that have the same noise level (34dBA). Of course, I also have a Duron 700 running stable at 1083MHz.
