COOLER MASTER DK8-8ID2A HELP!!!!

I bought the COOLER MASTER DK8-8ID2A, the Cooler master website says for socket 754, 939 & 940 but on AMD's website it does not say that this heatsink is recommended for Opteron 246 processors. Do you all think it would be ok to use this heatsink or should I track down one of the recommended heatsinks. It's for dual Opterons and I would hate to see them fry because of an improper heatsink.
