I just bought this case, and opened it up, and found no side fan on the window? Did they give me the wrong model or something? In case you want the link:

Does a side fan make a big difference? If it does, I'm going to refund now. If not, I will start building so please msg me asap.

Thanks

Cooling System :
One 120x120x25mm Rear fan(exhaust);
One 120x120x25mm side fan (intake);
One 120x120x25mm front fant (intake) (Optional)

Their should of been a side panel fan unless their info is wrong. It's the front fan that is optional not the side fan.

Also I'm looking at that model number for that case and I don't see where they pulled "KWN2" from considering it isn't listed on coolermasters site.

"RC-534-SKN1-GP (Silver) - 870423000082
RC-534-SKR2 (Silver w/ 430WS PSU) - 870423000334
RC-534-KKN2-GP (Black)- 870423000662
RC-534-KKR2 (Black w/ 430W PSU)- 870423000631
RC-534-KWN1-GP (Black w/o PSU+ side panel) - 870423000617"

I think the model number should of been RC-534-KWN1-GP which would match their picture they have for display but yet it should still come with a side fan unless having the case window removes it. If you have the box that came with the case I would double-check the model numbers on it with their site and coolermasters.

In any case I think you got hosed.

You have to buy the case without the side window to get the side fan and vent. It's the windowed side panel that is optional (neither Newegg nor SVC have any 534 with a window as standard) and lacks the fan vent.

Looks like a mistake - a Google image search shows no hole on the side of the RC-534 w/ window.

If there is no side window then there is a vent for a 80mm fan (as with my Centurion 530) so maybe they got it confused with that?

In fact, looking at the Coolermaster site the error was made by Coolermaster themselves...

There's not meant to be a side 120mm fan, so it's up to you whether or not you return the case because of the mistake or keep it.
