Take what you can get. Yes idealy you want one of the better rated fans. They are rated better due to the amount of air they can push and how quietly they can push it. Otehr fans like the CMs will often be quiet but not push allot of air or they will push alot of air and be some what load.

Apparently C-M doesn't sell that model here, but I'd take the dB spec with a grain of salt especially if it really puts out anywhere near that CFM. I've got a C-M fan that's supposed to put out up to 110 CFM and it is tolerable noise-wise at full speed and very quiet cranked down some with a fan controller.

I am very confused because it is very hard to believe that any fan could have 70CFM at just 19 DB, i will be very thankful to you if you can help me in this matter.

Like I suggested in my first post, the dB spec on that fan is unlikely to be true as 19dB is considered to be ambient of a very quiet room. They don't give the conditions under which the measurement was taken nor any standard for comparison. Here's a chart of noise level examples: http://home.new.rr.com/trumpetb/audio/dBexamp.html Even so, it shouldn't be too awful and you can always hook it to a controller and crank it back a bit.

That's a new blade design for CM, I'd give it a try. I have a CM heatsink w/ a PWM fan that is decent although I found the intel fan to be more quiet so I modded the intel to fit the CM sink.

If the blade design is as pictured, then they are much like the 110CFM units in that regard and I can vouch for those being very low noise.

Not knowing what else you have to choose from, I'd say it's a decent fan. Maybe your mobo can automatically control it to some degree. Maybe the store will hook it up and let you give a listen to it before buying. In other words, I can't decide for you as I've never had one in my hands and they don't sell that one here, so I can't read others' opinions of it. All I can say for sure is that the ones that I just bought a carton of, that have blades that look similar to yours are nice, low noise fans.
