Bit of a mouthful for a Title, buut
1st off, I don't know how good this thing will be. Tech-Geek had it for $36. + ship. I googled around, and found the below link for $29. shipped. It was elsewhere for a buck or 2 cheaper but raped you on the shipping.
I took a stab at it, even if it sucks, I'll jerry-rig it to my liking, and maybe learn something.

If you do anything over the most basic cooling you will need to replace the radiator. See my post here.

are you using this for 2 gpu's and the cpu, too? i got one of these last time it was real cheep and used it to replace the noisy hsf on a gen 1 4850... i was thinking of using the second hs to cool the cpu (6750 @ 3.6), but didn't think it would cool enough and didn't want to be cutting the hoses...

The CPU is on a different loop and I'm actually using two pump units to get a bit more flow. (I split two kits) However, there was only a 2-3c difference in temps. As long as you provide enough radiator, these things should be able to handle the wattage. (<175w each as long as you have enough radiator guessing).

Things to do with the unit.

1) Void your warranty
2) Drain the unit save the fluid. Refill new loop and top off with Distilled water.
2) Dump the flow sensor
3) Replace the radiator, the Swiftech MCR with Reservoir is a perfect fit

Swiftech MCR120-Res
Swiftech MCR220-QP Res
Swiftech MCR 320 QP-Res

Not only does it make a pure copper loop, it provides a reservoir and more than adequate cooling.

You can fit the tubes over 3/8" 10mm barbs.

4) Bend the ram sinks to fit them under the tubes.
5) Do not use the sticker shim, especially on newer GPUs that have a metal shim in place.
