How good is this PSU ?
will it be good enough for a setup like this ? Assuming no overclocking to be done.

C2D E6300/6400 or X2 3800
2gb Ram
2 x Hdd
ati x1950pro / 7600gt / 7900gs
2 x Optical drives

<- has one on an AthlonXP 2400+, Ti4200, 512MB, 2x20GB HDD, 2xoptical drives and I can say it does randomly reboot. so no, don't use it for a setup like that.

True. But it might prevent the OP from buying a 380W PSU.
