Cooler for Slot1 PIII 450 on a P3V4X

Can anyone suggest a good cooler for a Slot1 PIII 450 on a P3V4X? I am considering a GlobalWin VOS32, but I don't know if it will fit on that MB. Anyone else using this cooler on a P3V4x? Any other ideas will be appreciated.

I found the Tennmax cooler more than adequate & quiet!

Go for The VOS-32 I have it on my P3 600@841 on a P3V4X it fits just fine it is very close to the last ram slot but does not block it. My full load tmep is 34-36c
