Cooler for overclocking 2500k

I was thinking something along the lines of a Thermalright Silver Arrow or one of the Noctuas. Will these offer significantly better cooling than a Hyper 212+? Is it worth it for the extra ~$45?
 
Is it worth extra 45 dollars? In my opinion, no, as you can purchase a second fan for Hyper 212 and its performance will come very close to as those expensive coolers.
