Coolcases.com no reponses to email by Jim?

Hi,

This is a note concerning the website www.coolcases.com

After sending my first email message to Jim Hanson, he responded very quickly, but it seems after about October 20th or so, he hasn't responded to any of my emails. I was just wondering what happened to him, if hes on vacation or something. If anyone has information on this please reply to this post so I can stop sending him repeated emails .

Last I heard from him, he was in the middle of doing a complete system restore. Sounds like he had a major malfunction.

I haven't heard from him in a while and he owes me an email. But, I'm patient.

Still love my Addtronics Case, though!
