Coolbits Question

[Syntax]

I have a XTASY GeForce 3 Ti 200 Is the best overclock util the coolbits reg edit? I am running XP so do I use the Win 2K reg one or is there a specific XP Coolbits one? Or please direct me to a better overclock util... THANKS!!!!
