Coolbits keeps reverting to defaults

I use coolbits to overclock my 7800GT a considerable amount, it usually stays and has for the past 6 months I've had the card, but now it's reverting back to stock speeds every time I restart, any ideas what's wrong?

There is a checkbox that says "apply at startup" where you set the clock speeds
