Coolbits and NVTweak help

Hi,
I'm having problems with coolbits and overclocking. I just built my new system last night and reformatted and reinstalled everything. On my old system coolbits worked fine and would let me manually overclock my FX5200 (so sad).

Now I have a new E6600, ASRock 775Dual-VSTA, and an eVGA 7900 GT. I installed coolbits and went to the same place to overclock as before but now all that I see is a setting for automatic overclocking. Where's the manual control?

Also, I installed this NVTweak which apparently replaces coolbits or something. Can anyone tell me if I should be using that instead or if I should just scrap both and get another program?

Thanks.

One more question. How high can everyone oc their 7900GT?

I just did find optimal and it only set it at 509 core and 775 memory. Is that even close to right?
I thought it would have gone much higher. I do plan to volt mod but I don't want to be disappointed as with stock volts this kinda sucks.
