cool tools for benching my system

Heya Gang,

I'm trying to determine... the worth I guess you could say off my system. And so far I'm riding close to average for my rig. Looking for tools to bench my system... free tools ofcourse. I got a copy of quake3 team arena and I'm trying to get stats from the demo runs, how do I?... I've only gotten the FPS to show on the screen but not averages at the end.

type /timedemo 1 in the console screen of q3, you get to the console by pressing the ~ key, after that goto demos and run a demo.

As far as software to beanch I use Sisoft Sandra
