buy like 15 shaving cream cans.

is it a portable fire pit? (like a short BBQ pit?) If so, drag it into the crochety old neighbor's back yard, put the cans in, cover with charcoal, spray LIBERALLY with lighter fluid, throw a match, and run.
 
Late in the evening while the coal bed is still strong, toss in some scrap magnesium.
It has to be magnesium, old broken VW engine block or old aircraft whatever.
This is a scrap yard in Chicago that went up in 98'. Its like looking at the sun.
