Hit and Run S. Grade Palomar Aug. 16th RED-WHITE HONDA F4!

I am a cyclist that was hit by a motorcycle on the morning of Sunday the 16th on Palomar South Grade!
The motorbike crossed the double solid while descending and struck me near the guard rail as I was riding up the mountain.
He fled the scene.! He left me there in the road with a concussion, and mangled bike and a split helmet!
I spent the day being transported by medics and in the ER!
The bike is RED AND WHITE HONDA F4 and the driver was in black leathers anda black helmet.
A police report was filed and Rick Clemson volunteered his photo's to the police.
Anybody know this fool?
