I guess it depends on where the hangar is located.

not sure if hanger location would be the issue, maybe "something" inthe hanger. the only base the B2s are stationed at at Whiteman AFB mizzu. but they do go on rotations to other bases, but its pretty known if they are at XXXX base. dont mean this to turn in to a long drawn out post, i dont know the whole story so i will end it with, you could be right.
