Cool physics demo program

Hope this isn't a repost - did a search but couldn't find anything.

Demo

I can't wait until these new games and cards come out that make this kind of stuff typical game play on a large scale.

EDIT - The Rocket demo download is the one I'm talking about.

Nobody tried it? It's defintely worth a download to play around with. Really neat. Seriously.

There was a little program a few years back that sort of simulated molecules. So you could create a simple 2d balloon and add air molecules to it. If you added too many it would burst. You could create a 'weak' box and drop a 'strong' box on it and cut apart the 'weak' box.
It was a neat program, especially as processors got faster and the simulator ran faster.

no there are tons of different physics demos ranging from stacks of objects to ragdolls to vehicles

there is a game called Bridge Builder, freeware, where you build a truss, with a limit on the amount of peices you can use and where you can attack to the world, and then try to drive a train across it

its fantastic

They followed it up in the last couple years with a sequel called Pontifex, which was 3D and stuff, with the addition of cables, etc.

Then they released a version of that to showcase nVidia cards,

Now I think there is a 3rd one out or something.

I have. Siege is fun to watch. 😀 Now if I could just get the Big Bang one to not implode on its own, so I can use the ball launcher ability to craft my own destruction.😛

I must have spent like 40 minutes just playing with the Tall Jenga one making it fall differently... 🙂

I know, I'm amused easily... heh

A person could make a genuine "jenga" game with this, if you could just get a little better control out of it. 🙂
