people say this company may be a fraud

People do say it may be a fraud, however, the January 04 issue of Maximum PC has the computer on it's front cover. MaxPC also tested a system. Albeit with features missing, like the "PuRAM" deal and some other stuff. Since MaxPC did test something the company may be legit. Or maybe it threw together some easily aquired parts (relatively) and sent a system to perpetuate the fraud. Time will tell.
